Purpose

In accordance with the Drug Free Workplace Act and Drug Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989 (DFSCA), University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis prohibits employees from violating laws and ordinances related to alcohol and supports responsible alcohol use. Employees are prohibited from consuming or being under the influence of alcohol while working, unless working or attending a special event sanctioned by the president or their designee.
