Ruralhospitals set the pace for computerized documentation?
Abstract
Automated documentation for rural health organizations can be prohibitively expensive. A system is described ivhich can integrate existing admission, discharge and transfer systems. Using "penpads"permits bedside automation ivithout the capital cost of bedside computer terminals. Both improved patient care and nursing staff satisfaction should result. © 1993 by Springhouse Corporation.
